I fall under a spell
Bedazzled by a ceiling fan
And crawl inside a shell
The devil buried in the sand
Where I invite you over
And guide you through
An open door
But when I bite your shoulder
You lock me in
The dresser drawer inside my head
--
Undressed
Hopelessly thick-skinned
I'm born an armored fortress
--
If I wake as a beached whale
Is there any way you'd tell?
Does a part of you bеlieve
In the things on which I dwеll?
As I breathe in
You exhale antimatter
And it don't matter
If I see your teeth
As I peek through a keyhole
'cos I'm buried underneath a pile of leaves
A shifting pole that tells me
It don't matter
'cos nothing matters
